Project: CAT A Office Fit Out

Hours:7:30am – 4:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee a CAT A office fit-out project. This is a supervisory role only; no tools required. You will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day electrical site operations
Supervise electrical subcontractors and labour
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Attend site meetings and liaise with the main contractor
Complete weekly progress reports and site documentation
Monitor programme and report on progress/issues
Ensure quality control and snagging is managed effectively
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial projects
Previous CAT A office fit-out experience preferred
Strong knowledge of electrical installations and site procedures
Good communication and reporting skills
SSSTS / SMSTS preferred
Valid ECS / CSCS card
