Steve has a proven track record of building new business streams for one of the largest recruitment consultancies in the world and has led, trained, and inspired teams of expert recruitment consultants.

With an extremely hands-on approach and a personal portfolio of clients within the water and M&E construction building services sectors, Steve is dedicated to building a successful specialist consultancy with a unique and unparalleled recruitment approach.

Steve's passion for engineering and technology led him to specialize in mechanical and electrical engineering construction roles. Throughout his career, he has expanded his expertise to support even further sectors within heavy engineering and infrastructure within the water industry, including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, controls, and automation (MEICA).

Steve's commitment to integrity and passion for knowledge within his sectors, has enabled him to exceed client and candidate expectations, and build a successful career.
