MEICA Project Manager – Thames Water Region

We are representing a specialist MEICA design and delivery business operating across the Thames Water, supporting water industry clients with high-quality engineering solutions from concept through to installation. Due to continued expansion and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking a MEICA Project Manager who wants to take on responsibility, work closely with technical leadership, and play a key role in shaping future projects.
This position offers genuine flexibility including 2–3 days per week working from home along with a supportive, collaborative engineering environment.
Role Responsibilities
Lead MEICA projects from early design concepts through to construction, installation and handover
Attend and contribute to pre-tender and client meetings
Manage site scheduling, contractors, and on-site delivery activities
Provide input into design development and value engineering opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, subcontractors, and partners
Oversee procurement, estimations, variations, and general project commercial duties
Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery across all project stages
Experience Required
Demonstrable background in MEICA engineering and project management
Proven ability to oversee multidisciplinary teams and coordinated project delivery
Strong commercial understanding and practical problem-solving ability
Experience bridging design and delivery functions
Thames Water Passport, SMSTS, CSCS, Water Hygiene preferred
