Electrical Supervisor / Electrical Site Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced electrical professional to join a major wastewater treatment project, supporting the Project Manager with the successful delivery of electrical installation works on site.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Project Manager with the delivery of electrical works.

  • Reviewing and managing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).

  • Coordinating testing, inspection and commissioning activities.

  • Monitoring site quality and ensuring installations comply with specifications.

  • Managing subcontractors and liaising with site teams.

  • Carrying out site inspections and resolving technical issues.

  • Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with health, safety and quality procedures.

  • Working closely with commissioning and engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.

About You

We are keen to speak with candidates from a practical site background, including:

  • Electrical Site Manager

  • Electrical Supervisor

  • Electrical Foreman

  • MEICA Supervisor

  • Electrical Project Engineer

  • Senior Authorised Person (SAP)

You'll ideally have:

  • Strong electrical installation experience on industrial or process sites.

  • Previous experience on water or wastewater treatment projects (highly desirable).

  • Excellent knowledge of ITPs, inspection processes and testing plans.

  • Experience supporting commissioning activities.

  • A proactive approach and the confidence to coordinate multiple work fronts.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with contractors, engineers and the client team.

Desirable Experience

  • Wastewater or water treatment projects.

  • MEICA installation.

  • LV/HV electrical systems.

  • MCCs, switchgear and industrial control systems.

  • Industrial process environments such as water, energy, utilities, manufacturing or chemical plants.
