About Tom

Meet Tom, a trustworthy and approachable recruitment consultant at Gearing Recruitment Solutions (GRS). With a strong interest in engineering and technology, Tom made the move from another sales sector to join the GRS team at the beginning of 2021. He was drawn to GRS's vision of building a market-leading, specialist consultancy within the water, MEICA, and M&E construction industries.

Tom is driven by his passion to help people and is committed to keeping the recruitment process relaxed. He believes in having an in-depth two-way conversation, focused on listening rather than speaking. He specializes in recruiting for senior and technical roles within the water and MEICA industry. Since the beginning of 2021, he has been responsible for successfully sourcing and placing suitable candidates for permanent and freelance positions in the UK.

Aside from work, Tom has a passion for music and enjoys playing guitar, creating music, and attending concerts and events.
