Saira is an experienced Recruitment Consultant with over 5 years’ experience within the recruitment industry, bringing a strong background in specialist and technical recruitment to Gearing Recruitment Solutions.

At GRS, Saira focuses predominantly on Design & Engineering recruitment and Senior Appointments across the UK Water, MEICA and Civil Infrastructure sectors. She works with clients to identify specialist technical professionals as well as experienced managers and senior leaders who can make a genuine impact within their businesses.

Throughout her recruitment career, Saira has built strong relationships with both clients and candidates and takes a consultative approach to recruitment.
